Fees are 100% fixed fee with no additional charges once a contract is signed. No charges for overtime, travel, copies, none.
What is your geographic area?
We normally cover from Ulster and Dutchess county to the south, North to the Lake George region, West to Oneonta and east to the Massachusetts and Vermont border.
How long have you been working in the school construction field?
We started in 1989.
How large or small are the projects you cover?
In the past we have done projects as large as $30 million and as small as $500,000.00.
