Freemann Project Management Services was founded in 1989 by August H. Freemann Sr. and Darlene A. Freemann to provide quality construction project management at a fair price for all construction projects.

Located first in Catskill we moved to our current Cairo NY location in 1990.

Having worked in the Architectural design business for the 8 years prior, August developed a love of planning and supervising projects, watching them come alive in real time verses on paper in the office.

Our policy has been to stay at a manageable size so every customer can get every ounce of attention they require. The company prides itself on giving each client face to face contact with the managing partners at every stage of the work.

Your estimates and initial schedules will be prepared by August Freemann Sr. Financial details will be handled directly by Darlene Freemann. Every member of our staff will be kept current on your project, even if they are not assigned to it, so they can step in should the need arise.

We began with large Educational and Commercial projects immediately and have continued for over 30 years.

Proudly we can claim a 100% on time under budget success rate. In most cases there is enough money left at the end to package and bid additional work within the original budget.

There may be larger corporations that claim more experience but they cannot offer top to bottom commitment to your project.
